Keck began her obsessive circle drawings in his early twenties during a period of serious health challenges, including severe migraines. While most people assume this kind of meticulous drawing would induce a headache, Keck found the opposite — the repetitive process became a source of comfort and focus, helping her cope with physical pain.
What began as childhood doodling evolved into a deeply personal visual language, where repetition, rhythm, and obsession transform into calming, hypnotic compositions. These works are both an escape and a record of endurance, rendered mostly in timeless black and white.
