Can I Order A Giclee In A Larger or Smaller Size Than What is Offered Online?
  Yes. Every giclee that is not a limited edition can be ordered in custom sizes, both smaller and larger than the sizes shown on site. To order a custom size giclee you will have to phone into the gallery at 219.306.9474 to find out if the size you need/want can be created for you. As long as the measurements you want stay proportionate to the original size of the work we can create them smaller or larger in most cases.

For example, you may wish to have us enlarge a 24" x 36" giclee to a larger 32" x 48" giclee. We do not charge extra fees for increasing or decreasing a works print size. However please note if you order a larger giclee you will be charged the price of the retail on that particular size, and vice versa a lower price if you decrease the size of a print you are ordering.

Does Michel Accept Commission Works?
  My current commission rate for original paintings is set at $1.50 per square inch.  (i.e. 30" x 30" - $1,350).   Commission projects are created on a first come first serve basis.  To be added to the commission waiting list please phone into the gallery at 219.306.9474.  50% non-refundable deposit is required on all commission orders.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by calling 219.866.7552 Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm c.s.t.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Please note most artwork ships in seperate boxes, rarely can more than one piece of art or giclee ship in the same package (unless it is smaller and of like size).  If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by calling into the gallery at 219.866.7552 Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm c.s.t.
